Management of the firm
- The Engineering Firm was started in 2019 , by its founding member Shri. Kamal Yadav V
- The main focus of the firm is to cater the needs of Micro , Small , Medium enterprises (MSME) – manufacturing units, in all segments ranging from machinery & Components design, Plant Inspection & Audit, Machinery valuation & certification and support services on availing MSME schemes / Project reports.
- Shri. Kamal Yadav V, holds Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Prince Shri Venkateswara Padmavathy Engg College, (Anna University), Chennai , and Post graduate degree in Management (Industrial Relations) from Alagappa University. He is also a certified in , Lean Six-Sigma Green belt –Quality Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai.
- After completing Engineering graduation in 2011, He was selected for Two years of Training Programme in CAD/CAE at Indian Institute of Technology Madras –IIT Madras.
- During the Training Programme , under the guidance of distinguished prof. Dr. N. Siva Prasad , he was actively involved & worked in various Industrial consultancy Projects for companies like Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd , Bharat Earth Movers Limited , Caterpillar India ltd , etc.,
- Then in 2014 , he continued his services as Project Research Associate in the IIT-Madras
- In 2015, he was selected & recruited as Senior Engineer – Product development by the French-Japanese Automobile Vehicle manufacturing company in Chennai
- During the course of the job , he observed that supplier MSME - Manufacturing units are facing severe trouble in Technical standards in machine line , design , machinery tools etc.,
- In 2019, he started his own engineering firm to cater the growing demands in the MSME sector – especially for Manufacturing units in all segments.
- The firm is actively involved and worked for more than 150 MSME’S in availing the MSME Schemes , Machinery selection , Plant- layout design , machinery ergonomics, Tools and equipments selection , Engg Part and components design as per Industrial standards.
- The firm engages various Technical and Management experts , in pilot basis for each and every specialised projects
